TERMS OF SERVICE
If you intend to commission me, you agree that:
- You are aware that I have ADHD, so it is common for me to end up delaying some orders. If you need a deadline, you will let me know beforehand;
- You won't use my art as a NFT or for AI training;
- I have the right to post the illustration in W.I.P.;
- I have the right to refuse your commission for any reason;
- I have the right to refund you if I no longer wish to work in your project;
- I have the right to post the final product in my social networks and portfolio;
- You have the right to claim the privacy request(where I am not allowed to post W.I.Ps on my social networks and delay to post on my portfolio in case it is a surprise or a gift);
- You may have the right to use the illustration for personal uses.
By commissioning me you agree with all of my T.O.S.

- Você está consciente que tenho TDAH, então é comum eu acabar atrasando/demorando alguns pedidos. Caso precise de um prazo, me avise com antecedência;
- Você não usará minha arte como NFT ou para treinamento de IA;
- Tenho o direito de postar etapas da sua ilustração como W.I.P.;
- Tenho o direito de recusar a sua comissão por qualquer motivo pessoal;
- Tenho o direito de reembolsá-lo caso eu não deseje mais trabalhar no seu projeto;
- Tenho o direito de postar o produto final em minhas redes sociais e portfólio;
- Você tem o direito de reivindicar o pedido de privacidade (onde não tenho permissão para postar W.I.Ps em minhas redes sociais e atrasarei a postagem da sua peça em meu portfólio caso seja uma surpresa ou um presente);
- Você pode ter o direito de usar a ilustração para uso pessoal.
Por decidir trabalhar comigo você está concordando com os meus Termos de Serviço

Pix, Picpay and Paypal
- I will only start working when half or full payment has been made.
- The final price depends on what is ordered and the complexity of the designs.

Soft Gore/Pastel Gore
*NSFW or Suggestive art [Only for +18]
I DO NOT draw:
Heavy Gore
Mecha
Complex Backgrounds
NSFW with some fetishes
Anything that makes me uncomfortable
*Within what's comfortable for me, I can end up refusing anything. Don't send me references if I didn't accept the request beforehand // None of the NSFW art will be posted in my main account // It may cost more than the regular price.
In cases of refunds:
- You have the right to ask for 100% of the money back in case you need it, so request it before I start the sketch!
- If I have already started the Sketch and once I have finished the process (final sketch phase), you have the right to ask for 30% of the money back.
- If you do not like the final result and the illustration has already been delivered or is close to being completed, you are not entitled to a refund.
*For +18 commissions:
- By making this type of request, you need to prove to me that you are, in fact, of legal age.
- If you are a minor, don't you dare ask for that kind of thing.
- All the ocs or characthers for that type of commission NEED to be canonically 18+.
